Lord God,

I confess that I am a sinner. I confess that I need Your Son, Jesus Christ, to be my Lord and Savior. Please forgive me of all my sins in the name of Jesus Christ.
 

Lord Jesus, I believe You died for me and that You are alive and listening to me now. Please come into my heart now and be my Lord and Savior. I turn from my sins, and I ask You, Lord Jesus, to take control of my life. Make me the kind of person You want me to be. I declare that You are my Savior and my Lord.
